take a bus to sans souci and then  continue down the road

for about a kilometre. when you reach the indication to the

forestry department, turn down the road to the right leading

 to a view-piont. from here a pathway winds up the mountain

becoming very steep( remeber to wear sensible shoes); when

you get to the pass you will see the indication  for le Niol.

if you go on up to teh right you will reach the top of Trois

frères (699 metres).from there take the pathway going west

towards  Beauvallon beach.

Quella degli appassionati di frutta tropicale è una consorteria internazionale e sbarcare alle  seychelles significa anche

questo: un viaggio nella delizia, una cura di bellezza. Regina di questa festa di profumi e di sapori è la banana, della quale esistono circa venticinque varietà.
